Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the website at showcatcher.com (the "Site"), operated by ShowCatcher ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is a pre-launch site
The Site describes products and services that are in development and not yet generally available. Descriptions of upcoming services — including agentic ticketing feeds, event listings, APIs, documentation, AI event discovery, festival websites, streaming and video on demand, ticketing extensions, CRM and e-comms services, reporting dashboards, checkout flows, ticketing connectors, in-venue screen management, education resource sharing, uptime monitoring, venue and producer connection tools, and free marketing utilities — are statements of intent, not offers. Features, timelines, pricing and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice, and nothing on the Site forms part of any contract.
3. Use of the Site
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data from the Site, except as permitted by any published API terms;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms.

6. Third-party links
